New Orleans Career and Technical Center to launch inaugural programming in the fall

The New Orleans Career and Technical Center is set to launch this fall with an inaugural cohort of students enrolled in the Medical Assistant Academy. In just two years, the students will each graduate with the industry-recognized Certified Clinical Medical Assistant certification in addition to their high school diploma. Through 2020, the Career Center will expand its programming to offer advanced career training in a variety of industries, including health sciences, information technology, and skilled crafts.
